Cloud & AI Roadmap
This document explains how Şira Ticaret intends to use cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence across its technology initiatives. It distinguishes planned architecture from currently deployed services.
1. Purpose
Sira Group is developing two complementary technology tracks: Diwaysi, a global-first travel discovery platform, and an accounting automation research initiative for controlled financial operations. The common foundation is a secure, managed, observable cloud platform.
2. Diwaysi workloads
Initial commercial phase
Diwaysi’s first phase is designed around travel content, comparison journeys, multilingual landing pages, partner and affiliate redirects, campaign attribution, and user-friendly market localization.
Planned proprietary platform
- Travel search orchestration and offer normalization.
- Partner adapter services and controlled API integrations.
- Destination and fare-content pipelines for SEO and discovery.
- Multilingual content generation with editorial review.
- Analytics, attribution, conversion reporting, and cost controls.
- Secure user accounts, saved searches, alerts, and mobile experiences.
3. Accounting automation research
The accounting initiative is intended to reduce repetitive document work while preserving professional responsibility. A planned workflow can receive digital documents, identify the relevant company and period, extract structured fields, apply deterministic checks, suggest account mappings, and route entries to a human approval queue.
- Document ingestion from authorized providers only.
- Schema validation, duplicate detection, tax and total checks.
- Rules-based account mapping supported by AI suggestions.
- Explainable approval screens and complete audit history.
- Controlled export or posting through official provider APIs.
4. Planned reference architecture
| Layer | Role | Potential Google Cloud services |
|---|---|---|
| Edge | Secure delivery, traffic protection, caching, domain routing | Cloud CDN, Cloud Armor, Load Balancing |
| Application | Web APIs, background jobs, partner adapters, admin services | Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Workflows |
| Data | Transactional records, content, files, analytics | Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, BigQuery |
| Events | Decoupled processing, scheduled tasks, document queues | Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Scheduler |
| AI | Document understanding, assistance, classification, content workflows | Vertex AI, Gemini models, Document AI where suitable |
| Operations | Logs, metrics, alerts, secrets, backups and security posture | Cloud Logging, Monitoring, Secret Manager, IAM |
5. Planned AI use cases
Travel
- Multilingual drafting with human editorial approval.
- Destination and route-content enrichment.
- Support copilots grounded in approved product information.
- Search-quality analysis and anomaly detection.
Financial operations
- Invoice and document field extraction.
- Suggested classification and account mapping.
- Detection of unusual totals, duplicates, missing fields, and workflow exceptions.
- Natural-language explanations of deterministic validation results.
AI output is treated as a suggestion or transformation step. Critical accounting records, supplier bookings, payments, and contractual actions require deterministic validation and, where appropriate, human approval.
6. Security and governance
- Least-privilege IAM roles and separate environments.
- Secrets stored outside source code.
- Encryption in transit and at rest.
- Data minimization and defined retention periods.
- Audit logs for sensitive actions.
- Backups, recovery tests, and documented incident procedures.
- Supplier data used only under applicable agreements and permissions.
7. Delivery phases
| Phase | Focus | Definition of progress |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | Identity, source control, CI/CD, environments, logging and cost budgets | Repeatable and secure deployment process |
| Diwaysi market entry | Affiliate-first travel experience, content and attribution | Public user journeys with measurable partner traffic |
| Data platform | Structured content, event tracking and reporting | Reliable product and acquisition insights |
| AI-enabled workflows | Human-reviewed content and document intelligence | Measured quality, clear fallbacks and auditability |
| Accounting pilot | Authorized document source, controls and approval queues | Limited, supervised pilot with no unsupported posting |
| Scale | Regional performance, reliability and expanded integrations | Usage-driven scaling with maintained cost and security controls |
8. Current-state disclosure
As of this roadmap version, Diwaysi is an active product initiative and Sira Group’s accounting automation work is an R&D initiative. Architecture components will be adopted progressively according to technical need, eligibility, provider access, available financing, and validated usage.
